For the Registration and Abstract Submission process an external tool is used. Please follow the attached link to hand in your abstract and register.
Travel Support for Students, Postdocs, and Early-career researchers
ASD2025 organizing committees and administration office are happy to announce that we are launching a travel support plan for graduate students, postdoc scholars and early-career researchers who are not able to have full grant support for international travel. Partial support covering the expenses are available.
The organizing committee will review all applicants and select awardees based on total travel expenses, travel distance, presenter types, and academic/research level. The number of awardees may vary depending on the number of applicants and conference income.
Applying for the travel support
Please send an informal e-mail to the conference organizing committee using asd2025[at]uni-leipzig.de . Your e-mail must contain information about your travel expenses (flight & hotel) ideally with any proof like the receipt. In case you can't provide any proof of your expenses yet you are still permitted to apply for travel support. In this case you will be asked to show any receipt before receiving the travel support.
