The t.e.a.m. programme is a personnel development instrument at Leipzig University that supports women at all academic qualification levels. It offers female students, doctoral candidates, postdoctoral researchers, habilitation candidates and junior professors in various programme lines the opportunity to expand their skills and networks and to benefit from the experience of successful role models. It combines training in the form of workshops, internal university expertise, alliances with female role models outside academia and individual mentoring.
From summer 2024, two t.e.a.m. programme lines will enter the next round:
